While I was painting the grapes this thought came to my mind: “It was a long, persistent effort to form circle after circle of grapes. One after the other. But the goal, the idea of the vine was always in front of my eyes, the whole time. And that’s it: It needs the daily orientation on God, the view on him, our goal. And the help for the realization we find in the Holy Spirit. Then our fruit will grow, while remaining in Him”.
