In this manual you will find simple but effective exercises which help you to calm down in case of acute post-traumatic symptoms and to cope better with everyday life. The exercises can be done by yourself, but it is no substitute for outside professional help! 

No experience necessary, only paper and crayon and a silent place to start beeing creative.

For this easy and daily 10-minute PDF-exercise you just need a printer, some colored pencils, watercolor or pastels and your time.

During the exercise you will be guided in releasing your stress through painting onto the worksheet. 

You will experience inner peace and a better body awareness.
